Shuozhou Nanyangpo Coal Mine (大同煤矿集团铁峰煤业有限公司南阳坡煤矿) is an underground coal mine located in Hongsiwa Village, Yuanbaozi Town, Youyu County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, China.[1]

Coal Mine Background

Nanyangpo Coal Mine belongs to Datong Coal Mine Group Tiefeng Coal Industry Industry Co., Ltd. Construction began in 1988. It was officially put into production in 1997, with a 0.15 million tons/year design production capacity. The expansion and upgrading began in November 2006 and was completed in 2011, and the production capacity was increased to 1.2 million tons/year.[2]As of the end of January 2021, the approved production capacity was 1.2 million tons/year. [3]
