Background

INSEE Vietnam, a subsidiary of Thailand's Siam City Cement, developed the Insee Cement Thi Vai Cement Plant with an investment of over US$50 million in 2003[2]. In 2022, construction of its second production line worth $35.7 million took place for its grinding station mill No.2[3].
