Background
Sichuan Deyahng Zhongjiang power station (德阳中江燃气发电项目) obtained approval from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Sichuan Provincial Government in November 2022.[8] Construction commenced on January 3, 2023. The first unit is expected to generate power by the end of 2024, and the second unit is scheduled to be completed and operational by June 2025.[9]
