Spessart-Odenwald (SPO) Gas Pipeline is a proposed gas pipeline network in Germany.[1]

Background

The pipeline was first announced on the terranets website in 2022.[2] The pipeline is advertised as being "H2-Ready", however, current plans will see it transport exclusively natural gas. In 2025 Terranets initiated the planning approval requests for the first 50km of the pipeline.[1]
