Background

In June 2023, APA Group and Tamboran Resources signed an initial agreement to assess the feasibility of connecting Tamboran's Shenandoah South Pilot Project to the existing Amadeus Gas Pipeline (AGP).[5]

In December 2024, APA Group, Tamboran Resources, and Daly Waters Energy signed a binding agreement for the Sturt Plateau Pipeline that would connect the Shenandoah South Pilot Project to the AGP. Construction was expected to begin in the second half of 2025, with first gas expected in the first half of 2026.[6]
