Suez Steel Solb Misr Attaka plant (شركة السويس للصلب (Arabic)), also known as Suez Steel Company, Solb Misr, is a direct reduced iron-electric arc furnace (DRI-EAF) steel plant operating in Attaka, Suez, Egypt.

Background
Suez Steel Solb Misr plant has been operating since 2000. In 2006, it was acquired in 2006 by LITAT group, a Lebanese group mainly engaged in steel production in the MENA region. [1] In 2013, plant workers went on a month long strike to demand a share of the company's profit, higher salaries, and better benefits.[2]
