Background
The power station is owned by Summit Onahama S Power Corp and is located in Fukushima, Tohoku Prefecture, Japan.[1][2]
In December 2023, Summit Onahama S Power announced that the power station would be decommissioned in March 2024, in line with stated carbon neutrality goals.[3]
