Background

TPI Polene is a public company and the third-largest Thai cement manufacturer. TPI Polene Group has taken multiple measures to pursue green cement production. The company aims to reduce its carbon footprint on clinker production by substituting coal with waste-toenergy municipal solid waste. The company is actively investing in renewable energy sources to power its cement plant to achieve nearly 100% renewable power by 2025.
