Background

The Tasmanian Gas Pipeline (TGP) is owned by Palisade Investment Partners and operated by OSD Asset Services.[1] The TGP was built to carry up to 129 terajoules per day but, at peak, only carries about two-thirds of this amount, according to an August 2016 report on the Tasmanian Gas Market.[2]
