Background

The pipeline will connect the Nederland Oil Terminal to the Houston Ship Channel, both in Texas, United States.[1]

According to June 2021 data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA), the project had entered construction.[4] In Q1 2020, the project was downsized to 275,000 bpd (from 500,000 bpd) and renamed the "Ted Collins Link". The project became operational in Q2 2022.
