Background

The pipeline was first proposed in 2013. In 2022 the pipeline was estimated to cost €17 million, this increased to €19 million in 2024.^[2] Although included in the 2024 development plan it is not part of the 'three year plan' and no date for commissioning has been made public.^[1]
