The Rhoads Group is a Washington D.C. lobbying firm. on its website the firm states that its expertise "includes federal appropriations, federal marketing, public policy, profile building and political counsel. We also maintain a number of specialized practice areas including management of political action committees, congressional investigation consulting and services designed to meet the special needs of non-profit entities."[1]
Lobbying on Climate issues
NRG Energy spent $230,000 on the services of The Rhoads Group in 2008 and a further $60,000 to date in 2009.[2] The registered lobbyists were Thomas Dennis and Johanna Polsenberg.
