Chentangzhuang power station (津能陈塘庄热电厂) is an operating power station of at least 1800-megawatts (MW) in Chentangzhuang, Hexi, Tianjin, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as Tianjin Chen Tong Thermal Power (Unit 8, Unit 9).

Background
The 2-units of the 1,800 MW gas fired power plant Tianjin Chentangzhuang Thermal power station were commissioned in 2014 and 2016, respectively.[6] This plant was developed to replace the coal-fired units at the same location.[7] The gas-fired power station is owned by Tianjin Chentang Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd. (天津陈塘热电有限公司) [8]
Three of the coal-fired power station's chimneys were demolished in 2017.[9][10]
