Topcem India established a cement grinding unit at Amingaon, in Guwahati, Assam in the year 2011 with a capacity of 4600 tons per day of cement. Products of Topcem India are marketed under the brand name TOPCEM Cement. The plant manufactures ordinary portland cement (OPC), fly ash-based portland puzzolana cement (PPC) and calcined clay-based PPC.
