Upper-Naryn Complex is a complex of hydroelectric power plants in pre-construction in Kyrgyzstan.

The complex consists of the following projects:

• Akbulun hydroelectric plant
• Naryn 1 hydroelectric plant
• Naryn 2 hydroelectric plant
• Naryn 3 hydroelectric plant
