 Usinsky-3 coal mine lies in the Usinsk coal deposit located in the north of the Komi Republic, Russia.

In January 2011, Novolipetsk Steel won the right to develop the third mining area in the Usinsk coal deposit.[1][2]

There have been no updates or new on the project since March 2017, it appears to be cancelled.[3]

A media source from November 2020 stated that Novolipetsk Steel chose not to go ahead with the project.[4]
