Background

The Utopia Pipeline System was placed into service in January 2018. Beginning in Harrison County, Ohio and extending to Windsor, Ontario, the approximately 270-mile Utopia Pipeline transports ethane to produce plastic feedstock for the petrochemical industry. Utopia’s current capacity is 50,000 barrels per day (bpd) and is expandable to more than 75,000 bpd.[1]
