Background

The two plants under Dyckerhoff Cement Ukraine, Volyn-Cement and Yugcement plants, were sold by parent company Buzzi to CRH Ukraine in 2024. CRH owns three other cements plants in Ukraine: Mykolaivcement, Kamianets-Podilskyi and Odessa cement plants. CRH is the leading construction materials manufacturer in the world and the biggest in North America and Europe.
