VIPCEM PJSC Zdolbunivs'kyi Cement Plant («Волинь-Цемент» філія ПРАТ «Дікергофф Цемент Україна»), also known as Zdolbunovskiy cement-slate combinate, is an integrated cement plant operating in Zdolbunivs'kyi District, Rivnenska, Ukraine.

Background
The two plants under Dyckerhoff Cement Ukraine, Volyn-Cement and Yugcement plants, were sold by parent company Buzzi to CRH Ukraine in 2024.[3] CRH owns three other cements plants in Ukraine: Mykolaivcement, Kamianets-Podilskyi and Odessa cement plants.[4] CRH is the leading construction materials manufacturer in the world and the biggest in North America and Europe.[4]
