Background

In 2018, Fluor was awarded the EPC contract for the facility.[7] Commissioning was expected in 2020[8][9], but was commissioned in the third quarter of 2021.[10] It now provides 45 MW of CHP to the Pembroke Oil refinery in the United kingdom.[11]
