Ventspils Port is in Ventspils, Latvia. It is the site of the Baltic Coal Terminal.

The port is located on the eastern coast of the Baltic Sea, in the western part of Latvia.

Background

The port has bulk cargo services, including coal. Bulk cargo handling capacity is up to 30,000 tonnes per 24 hours, or nearly 11 million tonnes per year.[1]

Coal terminals

The port is the site of the Baltic Coal Terminal. The annual capacity of the coal terminal is six million tonnes.[2][3]

The Ventspills Commercial Port (VCP) terminal also appears to export coal.[4][5]
