Vissai Ninh Binh Cement Plant's dust and emissions are mainly emitted from the clinker burning process, stone crushing station and material transportation[3]. Emissions pollutants include CO, CO2, NOx, and dusts. The plant has both bag and electrostatic filters installed to treat these emissions[3].
