Hoa Phat Cement Thanh Liêm Cement Plant was repurchased by Vissai Cement Group as part of their strategy to expand their market share[3]. After the purchase, Hoa Phat Cement Thanh Liêm Cement Plant changed its name to The Vissai Cement 3 Joint Stock Company[4].
