Hoa Phat Cement Thanh Liêm Cement Plant was repurchased by Vissai Cement Group as part of their strategy to expand their market share. After the purchase, Hoa Phat Cement Thanh Liêm Cement Plant changed its name to The Vissai Cement 3 Joint Stock Company.
