Background

The Vladimir Filanovsky field was discovered by PJSC Lukoil and began production in 2016.[2] The 114-km, 28-inch diameter Vladimir Filanovsky Gas Pipeline runs parallel to the Vladimir Filanovsky Oil Pipeline.[2]
