Background

Plinovodi lists the project as "A13" and considers it amongst its projects under planning from 2022-2024.[3] The pipeline seems to have been first proposed as early as 2013, when it appeared in the 2013–2022 ten-year development plan.[4]

Although the first phase of the project was expected to be commissioned in 2021, the project has remained in its "conceptual design phase" with no construction having started on the pipeline.[2] However, the plan is featured in Plinivodi's 2022-2031 TYNDP, and is still expected to move forward despite delays.[3]
