Vostochno-Messoyakhskoe Oil and Gas Field (Восточно-Мессояхское) is an operating oil and gas field in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia.
Along with Zapadno-Messoyakhskoye Oil and Gas Field (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia), Vostochno-Messoyakhskoe Oil and Gas Field is a part of the Messoyakhskoe Project.
Vostochno-Messoyakhskoe Oil and Gas Field is also sometimes referred to as East Messoyakhskoye, East Messoyakha.
