Wang Noi power station (โรงไฟฟ้าวังน้อย) is an operating power station of at least 1436-megawatts (MW) in Khao Ngam, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating.

Background

The proposed unit 5 (blocks 1-2) will have a total capacity of 1,470 MW. It is expected to commence operations in 2023 and is currently awaiting approval of the National Environment Board. The proposed unit 6 (block 3) of 1,300 MW is expected to begin operations in 2025. [12][13]
