Background

The Waupisoo Pipeline, also known as Line 18, transports tar sands oil from the Cheecham Terminal south to Edmonton, Alberta. The Waupisoo Pipeline is 30-inches in diameter, 380-kilometers long, and maintains an annual capacity of 570,000 bpd.[4]
