Wenzhou Huagang LNG Terminal, also known as 温州华港LNG接收站 and 温州华港LNG储运调峰中心, is an operating LNG import terminal in China.

Background
Wenzhou Huagang LNG Terminal is a proposed LNG terminal in Zheijang, China. [6]
Huanfeng Group was planning to invest 10.6 billion yuan ($1.619 million) to develop the LNG terminal in Wenzhou in 3 phases. [7]The first phase of the project, with an investment of about 2.8 billion yuan ($427.55 million), began construction in September 2020. The construction includes a 100,000-ton wharf, two 160,000 cubic meters of LNG storage tanks. The capacity of the terminal will reach 3 mtpa. It's expected to complete in 2023. [8]
China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Co., Ltd. (中国寰球工程有限公司) is the EPC contractor of the project.[9]
Construction started in November 2020.[10]
The EIA report of Wenzhou Huagang LNG jetty was open for public review in August 2022.[11]
By January 2024, the construction is still ongoing.[12]
In December 2024, the construction of storage tanks was completed[13]. In March 2025, the construction of LNG jetty was completed.[14] The LNG terminal began operational[15].
