Background
In its 2023 annual report, ExxonMobil stated "We are working with the government of Guyana to secure regulatory approvals for a sixth project at Whiptail."[9]
The project has a price tag of $12.7 billion and "will include up to 10 drill centers with 48 production and injection wells."[10]
