The pipeline provides takeaway capacity out of the Anadarko Basin to an Energy Transfer Partners' natural gas processing plant in north Texas.[1] In April 2018, Continental Resources said that it secured an additional 400 MMcf/d of natural gas takeaway capacity from its properties in Oklahoma's SCOOP and STACK plays through a firm transportation agreement on EnableMidstream Partners' Project Wildcat. The project was announced in May 2017.[3] The project connects Oklahoma oil and gas fields to the Tolar Hub in Johnson County, Texas.[4]

The construction of the pipeline was completed in August 2018 and began operations.[1]
