Background

The construction is separated into two projects. The first construction project starts from Wuqi Oil Transport 1st Station to Valve Chamber No. ,3 located in Xialang Langxian, Dinbian County. The second construction project continues from Valve Chamber No. 3 and ends in Yofangzhuang Oil Transport Final Station.[1]
