Wuhaogou LNG Storage Facility, also known as 五号沟LNG接收存储站, is an LNG import terminal in China with units that are operating.

Background
Wuhaogou is a LNG storage facility in Shanghai, China. The facility began operating in 1996 as the emergency back-up gas source for Shanghai. After a major expansion in 2008, it also has capacity to import 0.5 mtpa of LNG. The facility is owned by Shanghai Gas Co., Ltd.[6]
In 2013, the second phase of the LNG terminal began construction. It was completed and started operating in 2017. It includes two storage tanks woth 100,000 cubic meters each. [7]The total LNG import capacity is 1.5 mtpa.[8]
上海燃气（集团）有限公司，站址位于上海浦东新区曹路镇五号沟。如图，有5座LNG储罐，规模分别为：1座2万立方米、2座5万立方米、2座10万立方米。有一座5万吨级LNG专用码头，6车位槽车装车车间。
应急储备站：五号沟LNG站是上海市的天然气应急气源站，1996年开工，2000年4月投产。以东海平湖气田天然气作为气源，服务于上海天然气供应的应急和调峰。站内建有1座2万立方米储罐和1套液化装置，是国内最早的天然气液化装置和应急储备站，也是国内第一座天然气液化工厂。
一期扩建：2008年进行一期扩建，增加2座5万立方米LNG储罐、1座5万吨级专用码头和相应生产装置。2008年11月，扩建完工，并于当月接收由马来西亚船运来的LNG（船舶容量1.9万立方米）。
二期扩建：2013年由上海市发改委核准实施，投资金额约12亿元，主要建设内容包括新建2座10万立方米储罐、2台槽车装卸橇及相关设施。2017年11月27日，上海五号沟液化天然气站扩建二期工程正式竣工落成。[7]
