Coal Mine Background

Xinbai Coal Mine belongs to Huating Coal Industry Group and is a key construction project for local coal mines in Gansu Province during the "Eighth Five-Year" period (1991-1995).[2]After many technical transformations, the current design production capacity is 1.5 million tons per year, and the design service life is 29 years.[3] The approved production capacity in 2019 is 1.5 million tons per year[4]
