Xin'an Coal Mine (黑龙江龙煤矿业集团股份有限公司双鸭山分公司新安煤矿) is an underground coal mine located in Xin'an Street, Baoshan District, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, China.[1]

Xin'an Coal Mine is operated by Shuangyashan Branch of Heilongjiang Longmei Mining Group Co., Ltd., and was approved as a national green mine pilot unit by the Ministry of Land and Resources of China in 2012.[1] The approved production capacity in 2019 was 1.7 million tons/year.[2]
