煤矿背景
新汶伊犁一矿 矿井设计生产能力1000万吨/年，是国家发改委核准的新疆第一座千万吨特大型井工矿井。[10] 2009年8月，国家发展改革委核准新疆伊犁一号煤矿项目。矿井建设规模为1000万吨/年。[11]
根据新汶矿业集团2018年度评级报告，伊犁一矿已基本建设完成且相关手续已齐全，计划将于2019年投产。[12] 该煤矿已于2020年4月进行生产系统联合试运转，2020年12月8日取得安全生产许可证。[13] 2022年4月20日，该矿通过竣工验收。[14]
