Background
2024 Jidong Cement announced that in order to meet the financing needs of its wholly-owned company, Yangquan Jidong Cement Limited Liability Company, in its daily production and operation, the Company convened the Second Meeting of the Tenth Session of the Board of Directors on March 26, 2024, considered and passed the relevant guarantee proposal and agreed to provide a financing guarantee of RMB 40 million.[3]
