Background

Yantai Port Xigang District–Longkou Yulong Island Oil Pipeline (烟台港西港区至龙口裕龙岛输油管道) is a significant energy development project in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Shandong Province. It undertakes the crucial task of supplying raw materials to the Yulong Petrochemical Industrial Base. The project received approval from the Yantai Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau on July 20, 2020[2], and officially entered the construction phase in March 2023.[1]
