Yellow River Delta power station (滨化集团黄河三角洲滨州热电) is an operating power station of at least 450-megawatts (MW) in Huanghe East Road, Bincheng District, Binzhou, Shandong, China. It is also known as 滨州市东郊公共供热中心.

Background
BEFAR Group is constructing a 350 MW subcritical coal plant on Huanghe East Road in Bincheng District, with two 50 MW back-up units. It is planned for operation in 2017. The plant was originally developed by Weiqiao Group and later transferred to BEFAR Group.[1][2]
Construction was completed in 2018.[3]
