Yingcheng power station (华能应城热电) is an operating power station of at least 400-megawatts (MW) in Yingcheng, Xiaogan, Hubei, China. It is also known as Hubei Yingcheng power station.

Background on Project

China Huaneng has proposed a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 400 MW in Hubei Province. The power station was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission for construction in 2014.

Unit 1 began operating in 2014, and unit 2 in 2015.
