Background

The Yizheng–Changling Parallel Oil Pipeline is proposed in 2013, in need of providing crude oil to the Anqing Petrochemical Factory and Jiujiang Petrochemical Factory along with Yizheng-Changling Oil Pipeline.[2] The source of the pipeline is Imported oil at the Yizheng Port.[1] In October 2020 ownership of the pipeline was transferred from Sinopec to PipeChina.[3]
