Yudean Dinghu Gas power station (粤电鼎湖天然气热电厂) is an operating power station of at least 920-megawatts (MW) in Zhaoqing, Dinhu District, Guangdong, China. It is also known as 永安天然气热电, 肇庆鼎湖天然气热电联产项目, Yong'an Gas Thermal Power Station.

Background

The energy bureau of Guangdong Province approved the energy-saving report for Yudean Dinghu Gas power station (粤电鼎湖天然气热电厂) on June 15, 2020.[7] Construction officially commenced on December 10, 2021.[8] On September 20, 2023, The factory power supply for Unit 1 and Unit 2 was successfully energized.[9] The project is scheduled to start operation in 2023.[10]
