Background
The energy bureau of Guangdong Province approved the energy-saving report for Yudean Dinghu Gas power station (粤电鼎湖天然气热电厂) on June 15, 2020.[8] Construction officially commenced on December 10, 2021.[9] On September 20, 2023, The factory power supply for Unit 1 and Unit 2 was successfully energized.[10] The project is scheduled to start operation in 2023.[11]
