Background

Yuguang Daling Cogen power station was proposed as a 4 x 50 MW coal plant in Daling Town, Gongzhuling, sponsored by Nong'an Shengde Heating Company.[1]

It was permitted in December 2018.[2] However, in June 2019 it was reported that the project had been delayed.[3]

Units 3-4 did not appear on a January 2020 list by Jilin Province of planned co-generation plants for the 13th Five Year Plan (2016-2020). Plans for units 3-4 appeared cancelled.[4]

In August 2022, units 1-2 were listed in Jilin Province's 14th Five-Year-Plan for the energy sector.[5]
