Background

Yutian Chunyu Cogen power station is a proposed 3 x 30 MW and 1 x 15 MW coal plant in Yutian, Tangshan Prefecture. The pre-feasibility study was completed in October 2018.

The project started construction in March 2019. It was planned to be completed and put into production in December 2023. According to one Google link preview, Unit 1 began operating on March 14, 2023.
