Background

Yutian Chunyu Cogen power station is a proposed 3 x 30 MW and 1 x 15 MW coal plant in Yutian, Tangshan Prefecture. The pre-feasibility study was completed in October 2018.[1]

The project started construction in March 2019. It was planned to be completed and put into production in December 2023.[2] According to one Google link preview, Unit 1 began operating on March 14, 2023.[3]
