Background
On November 19, 2020, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the capacity replacement plan for Zhangye Qilian Mountain Cement Co., Ltd., involving the elimination of two cement clinker production lines with a capacity of 2500t/d each at Zhangye Qilian Mountain Cement Co., Ltd. and Shandan Tiejin Cement Co., Ltd. A new 4000t/d cement clinker production line will be built (with a capacity replacement ratio of 1.25:1). The construction site is located in Anyang Township, Ganzhou District.[3]
