Background
ZhongKe Guangdong is a 3 x 100 MW captive coal-fired power station in Dongjian, Guangdong Province, commissioned in June 2020.[1] It is part of a complex that includes 10 million tons/year of oil refining capacity and 800,000 tons/year of ethylene capacity. According to the Sinopec website, the complex mainly produces gasoline and diesel, aviation kerosene, and high-end chemical products.[2]
