Zhouji LNG Terminal (洲際液化天然氣接收站，第七液化天然氣接收站，簡稱七接) is a proposed LNG import terminal in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Background
CPC proposed an LNG terminal containing six 180,000 cubic meter storage tanks. It will supply gas to Talin power station through a pipeline. The maximam receiving capacity is 6 mtpa. [1][2]
中油規劃將「洲際液化天然氣接收站」設在高雄港洲際貨櫃中心，用地約37.4公頃，每年最高營運量為600萬噸，就近供氣到台電大林電廠及中油大林蒲配氣站，與永安接收站備援供應大高雄地區用戶。依照目前公開的環評資料，廠區內除了LNG儲槽、氣化設施外，還預留了2.3公頃的「冷能或氫能利用區」，以因應未來可能的氫能發展趨勢。[3]
台灣中油日前通過「洲際液化天然氣接收站」計畫，經董事會同意將列入明年投資，也是繼台塑六接後的「七接」計畫，提供未來淨零轉型電力使用天然氣；中油表示，該站是目前最南的接收站，將有六座十八萬公秉儲槽、氣化設施等，並於西南側海域設卸收碼頭，也將拉陸管直供台電大林電廠。[1]

The local people fiercely oppose the project. They worried the LNG terminal would cause more pollution in an area already heavily polluted, harming the health of the local people. [3]
