煤矿背景

白石湖露天煤矿隶属广汇能源有限公司，广汇能源是国内唯一一家同时拥有煤、气、油三种资源的民营企业，其母公司广汇集团为西部地区超大民营企业。[14] 白石湖露天煤矿一期工程建设规模600万吨/年，于2012年1月开始动工建设，2017年11月3日开始联合试运转。[15] 2017年12月项目通过竣工验收。[16] 2022年4月，该矿生产能力拟核增至1300万吨/年。[17] 2022年6月13日，经国家发展改革委初步审定，该矿纳入拟核增产能名单，拟再次核增产能500万吨/年，核增后产能增加到1800万吨/年。 [18] 截至2022年6月底，该矿产能核准为1300万吨/年。[19]

2022年12月该煤矿产能核增至1800万吨/年获批。[20]
