煤矿背景

巴彦高勒煤矿 位于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市乌审旗境内，矿井建设规模为400万吨/年。 2011年12月，国家发展改革委核准呼吉尔特矿区巴彦高勒矿井项目，矿井建设规模为400万吨/年。[12]项目自2011年4月开工，于2014年进入联合试运转。[13]2018年12月，该矿井及选煤厂建设项目顺利通过竣工验收，标志着巴彦高勒矿井从试运转步入正式生产阶段。[14]2021年9月该矿核定生产规模为8.00Mt/a。[15]

该矿所产煤炭用作动力煤及化工用煤。[7]其原煤经筛分洗选后，产品煤60万吨/年运往公司配套建设的30万吨的煤制甲醇厂，作为煤制甲醇的原料煤；190万吨/年向西至宁东工业园和宁夏东部部分电厂，主要以电煤、化工原料煤为主；100万吨/年向东经河北中转后到山东滕州化工基地，以化工原料煤为主；400吨/年向东沿海方向到曹妃甸港口，以长协电煤为主；50万吨/年向南通过内蒙古浩勒报吉至江西吉安铁路（中国"北煤南运"的重要通道）发往湖南、湖北和江西等地，此方向的以水泥建材用煤为主。[5]
