煤矿背景

国能乌海能源黄白茨矿业有限责任公司的矿井于1990年11月建成并正式投产，设计生产能力为120万吨/年。2010年生产能力核定为200万吨/年。 截止2021年3月底核定生产能力为180万吨/年。

2006年9月13日，国能乌海能源黄白茨矿业有限责任公司发生一起运输事故，1人死亡。
